Join the LEAP Sleep Challenge!

The first LEAP Sleep Challenge will be launched in May & June 2018.  LEAP is pleased that the MTR Corporation and New World Development Company Limited have quickly accepted the Challenge.  We are looking forward to welcoming other corporations to the Challenge that would help promote mental and physical well-being among their employees.

 

According to a survey, sleep deprivation has topped the list of problems that Hong Kong people would like to address in 2018.  Long working hours has been a major cause of stress among Hong Kong people.  Internet overuse and cell phone addiction have also prevented people from maintaining a good sleep pattern, making insomnia a common problem among the population. 

 

In celebration of the International Family Day (15 May 2018), LEAP is organizing the LEAP Sleep Challenge to encourage people to maintain a regular sleep-wake schedule that can help ensure a lifetime of healthy sleep habits.  Starting each day on a positive note can do wonders for one’s mental health and overall well-being.  Employees having enough sleep would not only enjoy higher productivity, but would also enjoy happier lives and better family relationships.
