I joined LEAP in 2007, and am deeply impressed by its mission and philosophy that everyone is unique and should be treated with respect.  As an educator for the parent programme, I work in partnership with different schools, educating parents with the knowledge and skills to enhance their parenting skills and parent-child relationships.

To nourish children with love is certainly the hope of most parents.  However, expressing their love inappropriately may put pressure on their children, thus affecting parent-child relationships.  LEAP’s parent programme serves to strengthen parent-child relationships by equipping parents with effective parenting and communication skills, and thereby enabling them to foster their children’s self esteem and confidence to stay drug-free.  It is my honour to be a member of the LEAP team to serve children and parents for the betterment of our beloved city.
