Delivery Policy
Definitions
In this Policy, “Customer” means the person who places and/or pays for the order. “Recipient” means the person who receives the delivery. The Customer and the Recipient may be the same person.
1) Shipping fees & free delivery
- Free local delivery is available for a single order with a net merchandise total of HKD 350 or above (calculated after any promo code discount).
- For orders below HKD 350, shipping will be arranged by a third-party courier and charged to the Recipient on delivery (collect / pay-on-delivery). In most cases, this shipping fee will not be included in or shown on the order total on our website.
- Each order can be shipped to one delivery location only. If the Customer needs delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
2) Delivery method & service area
- Orders are shipped via our third-party logistics partner, SF Express (順豐速運), to either:
- an SF pick-up point (e.g. SF Station / SF Service Centre), or
- the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Delivery is available within Hong Kong only. For overseas delivery enquiries, please contact us first.
- For shipping charges (if applicable), delivery lead times, tracking, and pick-up point information, please refer to SF Express’ latest updates via the SF Express website or the SFHK App.

3) Dispatch time
- Under normal circumstances, we will process and dispatch the order within 5–7 business days after order and payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Actual delivery time is subject to SF Express’ delivery arrangements.
4) Pick-up & overdue charges
- Effective from 6 August 2024, SF Express has discontinued SMS notifications for parcel collection. These notifications have been replaced by the pickup notification feature in the SFHK App. Customers are advised to download the SF Express App and enable push notifications on their mobile devices to avoid missing any delivery reminders.
- Once the parcel arrives at the selected pick-up point, SF Express will send a pick-up notification via the SFHK App. Please collect the parcel within the specified time window.
- Any overdue storage charges incurred due to late collection (if any) will be charged by SF Express directly to the Recipient.
5) Recipient details
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are complete and accurate.
- If a parcel is returned or re-delivery is required due to an incomplete address, incorrect details, or failed delivery (e.g. no one available to receive the parcel), any additional costs (if any) will be borne by the Customer.
