LEAP’s 2025 Flag Day – A Heartwarming Celebration of Community Spirit

We are delighted to report that LEAP’s annual Flag Day was successfully held on Saturday, 27 September in the New Territories region. The event gathered over 2,000 dedicated volunteers committed to enhancing the well-being of children and young people in Hong Kong!

Our heartfelt thanks go especially to our remarkable young volunteers. They may be small in stature, but their enthusiasm and determination have made a real difference in our community! We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to our corporate partners, organisations, volunteer groups, and generous donors for their unwavering support. A special thank you to everyone who brought flags—your participation truly brightened our day!

LEAP’s Flag Day serves not only as our major fundraising event but also as a heartwarming demonstration of community spirit. Every contribution, large or small, plays a vital role. Thanks to the collective efforts of our community members, both on the streets and online through donations and volunteering, LEAP can continue its essential preventive education initiatives. Together, we are empowering more children and young people with the knowledge and skills they need to face life’s challenges with confidence.

“I attended LEAP classes when I was younger, and now I’m helping LEAP sell flags with my son. It’s such a joyful experience! My son is just 3 years old, and I hope he’ll have the chance to attend LEAP’s classes in the future.” – Ms Leung

Although the Flag Day has passed, our Gold Flag donations are still open. Your ongoing support is crucial! Please keep the spirit alive and continue to back LEAP!
