In support of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2023, LEAP is organizing its first ever Workplace Cleanup Day on 28 April 2023 to promote a healthier and more hygienic workplace.

The Workplace Cleanup Day targets corporations in Hong Kong to promote and facilitate a healthy workplace for employers who care about their staff's health and well-being for better productivity and staff retention.

Companies across Hong Kong are invited to join us on the Workplace Cleanup Day by scheduling a time (e.g. an hour) during operation hours on 28 April 2023 (Friday) - or any dates in May 2023 for participating staff to clean up their workstations together to keep the workplace clean and virus-free. Proceeds of the campaign will contribute towards the development of LEAP’s drug educational resources to sustain the development of its drug prevention programmes and help more students and parents by equipping them with up-to-date drug knowledge and skills to stay drug-free.

There will be fabulous incentives from K-clean for participating individuals and companies in appreciation of their support.

Easy Steps to take part in the LEAP Workplace Cleanup Day

1.    Complete the Registration Form and send it back to LEAP by 21 April 2023. Please click here to download the Registration Form.
2.    Nominate a staff member to be the event coordinator.
3.    Circulate the Employee Sign-up and Donation Form (to be supplied by LEAP upon registration). Coordinate the collection of the required minimum donation from everyone who takes part. Your company can also consider matching your staff’s donations or making a lump sum donation to LEAP for participating in the campaign. You will receive corresponding incentives accordingly.
4.    Schedule a time (e.g. an hour) during operation hours on 28 April 2023 (Friday) - or any dates in May 2023 for participating staff to clean up their workstations together to keep the workplace clean, healthy and virus-free! You may also consider making 28 April (or the chosen date) a special “dress casual day” to facilitate participating staff for this special activity. LEAP will provide stickers to your participating staff for identification and fun!
5.    Distribute incentives to participating staff on LEAP’s behalf, take photos after the cleanup and share with us! We will feature selected photos from participating companies on LEAP’s website for recognition and share the results of a clean, healthy and happy workplace contributed by your teams with all!
