During the unprecedented pandemic, there has been a significant increase in student drug abusers and youngsters involved in drug crimes, with students as young as 10 arrested for drug offences resulting in severe penalties. Every lai-see over HK$25 received this year will be allocated to enhancing our drug educational resources to help students understand the gravity of committing drug offences; the rest will go towards the development of our other health education programmes.
