Plants are nurtured by cultivation whilst humans are nurtured by education.  LEAP provides a positive and structured health and drug prevention programme.  Through the interactive activities with Harold the Giraffe, students are able to live a healthy lifestyle, including the ability to face adversity and overcome stress, appreciating the uniqueness of others, and having a confident and positive attitude toward life.  I believe that a preventative approach can best equip youths to overcome the challenges of growing up in a positive way.

It is utmost important for educators to spread the positive health messages to students in Hong Kong.  I am honored to be a part of LEAP.  I will devote all my passion to promoting a healthy lifestyle.  Hopefully, it will help develop the right values for students and live their own exciting lives.
